Fox News Parts Ways with Tucker Carlson After Dominion Settlement
“It’s remarkable how weak ratings make good journalists do bad things.”
FOX Managing Editor, Bill Sammon
Dominion Lawsuit
Dominion’s $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against FOX News for harm Dominion suffered after FOX promoting the false election fraud narrative settled by FOX for a record $787.5 million the day the trial was about to start.
Courts had ordered FOX to turn over internal communications and top executives gave depositions under oath, exposing that FOX pundits and top executives knew 2020 election fraud claims were false and promoted them out of fear of losing market share and ad revenue.
Their private communications after the 2020 election and sworn testimony show that:
1. FOX leadership and pundits knew election fraud claims were baseless but
2. FOX promoted these claims and misled their audience to maintain market share and sell ads.
Fox has censored all coverage of this story on its networks, issuing a gag order to its reporters and keeping its audiences totally in the dark.

Lou Dobbs
“Sydney Powell is a great American…one of the country’s leading appellate attorneys.”
Tucker Carlson
"It was shockingly reckless to claim that Dominion rigged the election. I had to try to get the WH to disavow her…but they said nothing in public. Pretty disgusting.”
Tucker Carlson
“Please get [Heinrich] fired. It needs to stop, like tonight. It’s measurably hurting the company. The stock price is down. Not a joke.”
Jacqui Heinrich, FOX News Reporter
Trump’s claims of Dominion voter fraud were rejected by America’s top election officials.
They said: "There is no evidence that any voting system deleted, lost votes, or was compromised. "
Fox News Gag Order
"I’m not covering the Dominion Voting Machines lawsuit against Fox… the company has decided I can’t talk about it or write about it. I strongly disagree with that decision…I should be covering it, it’s a major media story.”
Fox News Anchor, Howard Kurtz
Why Dominion Is Suing
After the 2020 United States presidential election, Fox News was sued by Dominion Voting Systems for spreading election fraud lies about its software and voting machines.
FOX News’ internal records and testimony under oath show FOX promoted false claims about Dominion that FOX executives and pundits believed were untrue. These records show FOX sought to sow doubt about the US election results and stoke anger among its viewers to retain market share and make money.
Fox news executives have issued a gag-order to censor all coverage of this story from their audience.
